Azurefall is in public beta. Gameplay, balance and systems are still being tested. Follow the Chronicle and official Discord for phase changes and launch announcements. All test accounts and characters will be wiped afterward.
All test accounts and characters will be wiped after this test phase. Nothing carries over.
The test may be interrupted, rolled back or rebalanced. Characters, items, progression and provisional store prices are not guaranteed to carry over.
Your account
Use a unique password, keep it private and do not share or trade accounts. You are responsible for actions performed with your account, subject to investigation if it is compromised.
Email verification is not required to create an account or play. Use an email address you control: a fake, mistyped or inaccessible address can leave you unable to recover your account.
Recover your account using a time-limited link sent to its registered email address. You must be able to access that mailbox. Check your junk folder if the message does not arrive, and keep your account name and password safe.
Do not use someone else’s email address. We cannot guarantee recovery when you cannot access the registered mailbox. Staff will never ask for your password or a reset link.
Fair play and moderation
Play actively when hunting, looting or completing the Ledger. The official preparation helpers are allowed; unattended adventuring, duplication, account theft, harassment and staff impersonation are not.
Report bugs privately when publishing the details could harm other players. Stop using an exploit once you identify it. We may restrict accounts or reverse affected test progress to protect the service.
You can ask the team to review a moderation decision through the official Discord.
Server rulesMoney, information and support
Real-money checkout and Azure Coin top-ups are not open for this beta. Do not send payments to another player claiming they can sell official access or staff services.
In-game cosmetic and backpack prices are provisional. Future paid products will have their own published prices and terms before sale.
These beta terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
