How do I start playing?
Create an account, log in and make a character. Download the official launcher and sign in with the same account name and password. Your character starts in Rookgaard.
Read the new-player guide ↗I can’t log in. What should I do?
Check that you’re using your account name, not your email or character name. If you’ve forgotten the password, request a recovery link using your registered email address.
Recover your account ↗My recovery email hasn’t arrived.
Check junk and spam folders and make sure you can access the email address registered to the account. Keep recovery links private. Contact the team if the message still doesn’t arrive.
My healing hotkey stops working while I turn.
Holding Ctrl changes the shortcut. F5 and Ctrl + F5 are separate bindings. If F5 uses your UH rune, bind Ctrl + F5 to the same action to keep healing while turning with Ctrl. Check for an existing binding before replacing it.
I was disconnected while using a hotkey.
Report your character name, approximate time and timezone, and whether the shortcut was set in Hotkeys or on the action bar. Include whether you held the key down and any error message.
Windows flagged my download.
A reputation or unknown-publisher warning is different from a malware detection. If antivirus identifies malware, stop and send the detection name to the team. Don’t disable protection or add exclusions.

You can create up to 10 characters on an account. Only one character on that account may be logged in at a time.
Will progress carry over after beta?
No. Test accounts and characters will be wiped after the beta. No payment is needed to join this test.
