Azurefall is operated under the public name Azurefall. For privacy questions or account-data requests, contact the team through the official Discord and request a private conversation.

Do not post your email, password, recovery link or identity documents in a public channel. We may need to verify account ownership before discussing private account information.

Account records include your account name, email address, password hash, account dates and the version of terms accepted. Character records include names, appearance, vocation, progression, inventory, housing, guild membership and game activity.

We use these records to provide the account and game service you request. Email is collected for recovery; signup does not verify that you own the address and does not send a verification message.

Access and security records support our legitimate interest in protecting accounts, investigating errors and preventing abuse. They can include connection addresses, timestamps, rate-limit identifiers, login activity and moderation records.

Public character and community pages can show character names, level, vocation, online status, highscores, guild information, recent deaths, saved playtime and Hunting Ledger rankings.

Your account email, password hash, recovery tokens and private inventory are not published through those community pages. Information you post yourself in public chat or Discord is visible to its audience.

Choose a character or guild name you are comfortable displaying publicly.

The website uses a secure, HTTP-only login cookie to keep you signed in. Account sessions expire after 12 hours. Recovery links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once.

The website does not add advertising trackers or a marketing mailing list. Hosting services may use their own access and security cookies.

Clearing browser cookies signs you out of the website; it does not delete your game account.

OVHcloud hosts the game, account service and encrypted backup storage. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. OVH mail is used for transactional account recovery.

These providers process the information necessary to deliver their hosting, security or email services. Website infrastructure is distinct from the game server’s location; it should not be assumed that all provider processing stays in Poland.

Discord is a separate service with its own account and privacy terms. Following an invite or contacting us there also involves Discord.

The test ends with deletion of its active accounts and characters. Until then, account and game records are retained to operate the test, recover from failures and investigate reported problems.

Session and recovery expiry prevents further use; some expired records can remain until cleanup. Security and diagnostic records may be kept separately where needed for an ongoing investigation.

Encrypted backups rotate through recent, daily and weekly snapshots. Deleting an active account does not immediately remove its records from every older backup. Contact us for a data-deletion request and information about the applicable backup cycle.

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, request deletion, or ask about restricting or objecting to processing. Where applicable, you can request a portable copy. These rights can have legal exceptions; we will explain any relevant limitation.

You may also complain to a data-protection authority. In Sweden, this is IMY.

Opening this page does not submit a privacy request. Contact the team directly.

Email verification is not required to create an account or play. Use an email address you control: a fake, mistyped or inaccessible address can leave you unable to recover your account.

Recover your account using a time-limited link sent to its registered email address. You must be able to access that mailbox. Check your junk folder if the message does not arrive, and keep your account name and password safe.

Do not provide sensitive personal information in a character name, guild message or bug screenshot. If you need information about our processing before making an account, ask us first.
