Cheating
Play your character yourself. Bots, cavebots, automatic hunting, auto-looting, automated Ledger completion and tools that give an unfair advantage are not allowed. The official Mana Trainer, Rune Maker and Auto Eat preparation helpers are allowed; they do not make unattended adventuring acceptable.
Offensive statements
Treat players and staff with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse and sharing someone’s private information are not allowed. Do not spam chat or use it to target another player.
Names
Choose a character or guild name suitable for a shared game world. Offensive names, impersonation and names suggesting that you represent Azurefall staff are not allowed. Staff may require a name change or restrict a character with an inappropriate name.
Azurefall integrity
Do not steal or share accounts, impersonate staff, distribute fake Azurefall downloads, attempt to bypass security or interfere with the service. Use the official client. Staff never need your password, recovery link or private keys. Up to 10 characters per account; only one character may be logged in at a time.
Destructive behaviour
Do not deliberately disrupt other players or the server. Exploiting bugs, duplicating items, intentionally causing crashes or repeatedly abusing a broken mechanic is prohibited, including during beta. Stop when you find an exploit and report it privately; do not publish instructions that let others repeat it.
Rule violations
The team may issue warnings, restrict chat or accounts, remove exploit gains, or suspend access according to the severity and repetition of a violation. Serious abuse can lead to immediate action. If you believe a decision is mistaken, ask for a review through the official support channel and provide the relevant character name, time and context.
